Head of Corporate Partnerships

Circa £50-£55,000 plus benefits and flexible working

Based in Central London

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity making a daily difference to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis, and those who care for them. We invest in cutting-edge research, drive up standards of clinical care, offer support for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis, and campaign hard on the issues that matter.

Cystic fibrosis is chronically misunderstood, kills thousands worldwide and is carried unknowingly in the genes of millions. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is fighting for a life unlimited for everyone affected by the condition. Our mission is to create a world where everyone living with cystic fibrosis will be able to look forward to a long, healthy life.

Putting people with cystic fibrosis at the centre of everything we do is key to helping us beat the condition for good, and doing this is a challenge that you’ll relish.

It is an exciting time to join the Trust and make a real step change in our partnerships with the corporate sector as part of our overall fundraising strategy.  You will be responsible for developing the strategy and leading the team to deliver real growth from corporate partnerships over the next five years to increase our impact for people with cystic fibrosis. We have a really vibrant cystic fibrosis community who support fundraising, and also engaging projects, including our exciting Innovation Hub with the University of Cambridge with the target of raising £5 million over five years, which provides a great opportunity to engage new corporate partnerships.

A team player with significant experience in securing and growing partnerships with the corporate sector. Proven experience in developing and implementing effective strategies, managing plans and budgets, and motivating teams. You will be able to develop and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, negotiate effectively and able to problem solve and think strategically, in addition to a good understanding of the fundraising regulatory environment.
