Transplant grants

We offer grants of £250 to help with the costs associated with attending a transplant assessment and having a transplant.

What is the Transplant Grant and what can I use it for?

Transplant are grants of up to £250 to cover the costs of travel or accommodation that people with cystic fibrosis and their families can incur when being assessed for a transplant or when having a transplant.

How much can I apply for?

The grants are for a maximum of £250. You can apply up to two months after your assessment/transplant. 

When can I apply?

Every person with cystic fibrosis can apply for two transplant grants - one to cover costs associated with transplant assessment and one to cover costs associated with a transplant.

How do I apply?

Please complete the application form and send it in to us by email or post to the address on the form. The application will need to be endorsed by a member of your cystic fibrosis/transplant team.
